Client Information

-Each Participant receives a Passenger Information Form providing us with the necessary information required for -booking air and hotels. 

-Activity Sign-Up Form & customized Activity Brochure (if applicable)

Trip Documents

Each Participant will receive Travel Documents to include:

-Air Schedule Itinerary

-Where You Will Be (air and hotel information to leave behind for their family)

-Luggage Tags

            -Know Before You Go – Important information such as weather, clothing, safety, health, time zone, etc.

On-site Service

-Meet and greet service at the airport to the hotel

-Hospitality desk for check-in

-Pre-registered keys

            -Hospitality Desk hours of operation

            -Hotel hours of operation

            -Activity Confirmation (if applicable)

            -Show tickets (if applicable)

            -Resort and/or Destination maps

-Departure Notice

-Fully staffed Hospitality desk for participants to ask questions, schedule activities, or make restaurant reservations

-Hospitality Suite (if requested)

-Pre purchase of  all necessary alcohol, mixers, snacks for the hospitality room, and stock replenishment

-Professional on-site destination specialists ensuring flawless execution of program

-Arrange any special requests such as AV equipment, speakers, photographer, vehicles, etc.

-Direct Billing

All of the above is in addition to the “behind the scenes” program planning and coordination with vendors, airlines, hotels, and restaurants to create a seamless Incentive Program for you.
